OfferWerks Launches AI Compliance Reviews for Vehicle Offers

OfferWerks launches payment calculation, offer presentation and AI assisted compliance tools for automotive retailers and technology providers, the company said in a press release. The platform reviews vehicle prices, rebates, financing terms, advertising disclosures and inventory listings before publication.

The software flags potential conflicts involving total advertised prices, conditional discounts, financing conditions, added fees and unavailable vehicles. It also supplies rebate and incentive data by ZIP code, along with finance, lease and cash offers for vehicles in the United States and Canada.

OfferWerks was formed through the consolidation of LeaseGenius, VinWhiz, ContactLogix, Autotek and FinServ Group, LTD. The company says its review tools complement dealerships' legal counsel, compliance procedures and controls required under the FTC Safeguards Rule.
