OakTruss Group has released its proprietary framework called the OakTruss Group AI Cube, announced in a press release. The framework is designed to help organizations evaluate and govern artificial intelligence investments in a consistent and secure way.

The AI Cube consists of two main elements. The first is a three-axis classification model that categorizes AI investments based on cognitive architecture, agent authority, and strategic scope. The second is a Secure by Design security envelope that applies to every deployment regardless of its classification.

According to the company, the AI Cube provides leadership teams with a shared structure and vocabulary to assess AI initiatives. It aims to reduce fragmentation and improve clarity in decision making for enterprise AI strategies.
