Nebius Group has entered a new five-year AI infrastructure agreement with Meta, valued at up to $27 billion, announced in a press release.
Under the deal, Nebius will supply $12 billion of dedicated capacity across multiple locations, featuring one of the first large-scale deployments of the NVIDIA Vera Rubin platform. The company plans to begin delivering this capacity in early 2027.
In addition, Meta has committed to purchase up to $15 billion in additional compute capacity from upcoming Nebius clusters over the same period. Nebius intends to sell the remaining available capacity to third-party AI cloud customers.
