Nature's Miracle Holding Inc. has entered into a Memorandum of Understanding with DROMNI Intelligence Technology to collaborate on AI-enabled autonomous robotics solutions for the United States market, announced in a press release.

The partnership will focus on unmanned ground vehicle applications across controlled environment agriculture, greenhouse operations, energy infrastructure, logistics, industrial automation, and AI data center operations. DROMNI will contribute its robotics and AI perception expertise, while Nature's Miracle will provide its U.S. operational footprint and infrastructure.

The companies intend to pilot and localize unmanned ground vehicle deployments in areas such as greenhouse automation, material handling, data center inspection, and energy infrastructure monitoring. Future cooperation may include localized assembly, testing, servicing, and potential U.S.-based production of robotics platforms.

The MOU also allows for exploring DROMNI’s unmanned aerial vehicle technologies for aerial inspection, mapping, and integrated air-ground operations. The agreement sets a framework for collaboration but is not a binding commercial contract at this stage.
