Munters Wins 2 Billion SEK Order for Modular AI Cooling System in the US
Munters announced in a press release that its Data Center Technologies business has received an order valued at approximately 2 billion SEK from a colocation data center provider in the United States. The order covers custom designed high capacity coolant distribution units and computer room air handlers positioned above server racks.
Deliveries for the project are scheduled to start in early 2027 and continue through the first quarter of 2028. The order will be booked in the second quarter of 2026.
The cooling platform is designed for an AI factory buildout and uses a modular configuration that enables rapid deployment of high density AI infrastructure. It supports both air and liquid cooling to handle the thermal demands of advanced computing environments.
