Momentive Software Launches AI Agents for Nonprofits and Associations

Momentive Software has announced MomentiveIQ Agentic Workers, a suite of AI agents for membership work and community moderation in nonprofit and association software.

Momentive Software has announced MomentiveIQ Agentic Workers, a suite of role specific AI agents for nonprofits and associations, in a press release.

The first agents are Membership Assistant and Community Assistant. Membership Assistant is designed to support member onboarding, renewal outreach, disengagement tracking, and data quality work. Community Assistant is designed to help moderate online community spaces using an organization’s own moderation standards.

The agents can identify issues, draft outreach, and prepare moderation actions for staff review. Staff can approve recommended actions before messages are sent or moderation decisions are completed. Momentive said actions are recorded in a timestamped audit trail.

MomentiveIQ Agentic Workers operates inside existing Momentive products, so clients do not need to migrate data or set up a new integration process. The suite is scheduled to launch in August 2026 for nonprofit and association clients, with a preview planned at the ASAE Annual Conference in Indianapolis from August 15 to 18.
