MiTAC Unveils AI and Cooling Innovations at COMPUTEX 2025
MiTAC Computing Technology Corporation has unveiled its latest AI and data center innovations at COMPUTEX 2025, announced in a press release. The company introduced a range of solutions designed to enhance sustainability and performance in AI data centers.
MiTAC's new offerings include AI inference servers equipped with the latest NVIDIA and AMD GPUs, as well as advanced liquid cooling systems. The MiTAC G4527G6 server features eight NVIDIA RTX PRO 6000 Blackwell GPUs, while the G8825Z5 server is powered by AMD EPYC processors and Instinct GPUs, targeting generative AI and large language model processing.
Additionally, MiTAC showcased its full-rack liquid cooling solutions, which include Liquid-to-Air and Liquid-to-Liquid options. These systems are designed to meet the thermal demands of AI and high-performance computing workloads, offering over 2000 kW of cooling power.
The company also highlighted its collaboration with AMD to develop high-performance server platforms integrating AMD EPYC processors and Instinct GPUs, further enhancing AI computing power and energy efficiency.
