Luxshare-ICT Expands Role in AI Data Center Infrastructure
Luxshare-ICT announced in a press release that it is expanding its role in AI data center infrastructure, extending beyond interconnect components into power and thermal management solutions. The company said this shift aligns with the growing need for integrated systems that can handle higher computing density, faster interconnect speeds, and increased rack-level power consumption.
In 2025, Luxshare-ICT's communications and data center business generated revenue of RMB 24.57 billion, a 33.81 percent increase from the previous year. The segment's gross margin rose to 18.4 percent, up by two percentage points. The company stated that this growth reflects its transition from a component supplier to a system-level partner for customers.
Luxshare-ICT's approach to AI infrastructure design begins with the customer's architecture, considering factors such as cluster scale, power requirements, and thermal constraints. This method allows the company to integrate its capabilities in electrical interconnect, optical connectivity, thermal management, and power management into cohesive system solutions for emerging AI data center architectures.
