Luma AI Opens Riyadh Office and Partners with Publicis Groupe Middle East

Luma AI announced in a press release that it will open a new office in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, as part of its expansion in the Middle East. The office will support the development of Arabic-native AI systems through HUMAIN Create, a generative AI platform designed to integrate advanced models, tools, and infrastructure for regional creators and organizations.

The Riyadh office will act as a regional hub for client engagement, partnerships, and AI development, focusing on training models with Arabic language and regional data. Luma AI plans to hire local engineers, creatives, and technical teams to work directly with partners across Saudi Arabia and the wider MENA region.

As part of the expansion, Luma AI also announced a strategic partnership with Publicis Groupe Middle East. Under the collaboration, Luma AI becomes the preferred generative AI technology partner for Publicis across MENA. Publicis will integrate Luma AI’s multimodal and generative video technologies into its creative workflows to deliver faster and more culturally relevant advertising.

The partnership builds on ongoing collaboration with HUMAIN and leverages the Project Halo supercluster in Saudi Arabia to support large-scale AI training and inference for next-generation generative applications.
