Limitless Labs has raised $20 million in Series A funding to expand its Physical AI foundation model and platform for precision manufacturing, announced in a press release. The round was co-led by Dell Technologies Capital and Square Peg, with participation from Grove Ventures, Meron Capital, and Kinetica.

The company, formerly known as LimitlessCNC, develops an agent that operates inside CAD and CAM systems to help manufacturers capture and scale the expertise of experienced programmers. Its technology is already deployed with Blue Origin, Sandvik, and Iscar, reducing CNC programming time by up to 50 percent.

At the core of the platform is a Physical AI foundation model trained on metal cutting physics, CAD geometry, and machine constraints. The model powers a CAM Agent that identifies features, recommends tools, sequences operations, and generates toolpaths within existing systems such as Mastercam, NX, and Creo.

Limitless Labs plans to use the new funding to expand its U.S. commercial operations, advance its foundation model toward closed-loop CNC automation, and grow its engineering team. The company will also expand its research lab in Tel Aviv and expects to double its workforce within the next year.
