LG CNS Expands Global Reach with Agentic AI ERP Testing Platform

LG CNS has introduced PerfecTwin ERP Edition, an agentic AI-powered testing platform for SAP ERP systems, designed to automate scenario creation, defect detection, and reporting. The company presented the solution at SAP Sapphire 2026 and Japan IT Week as part of its international expansion strategy.

LG CNS has introduced PerfecTwin ERP Edition, an ERP testing platform powered by agentic AI, announced in a press release. The platform is designed for SAP ERP systems and automates testing processes using real transaction data to identify defects and ensure system stability during upgrades to SAP S/4HANA or prior to new deployments.

PerfecTwin ERP Edition uses agentic AI to generate test scenarios, analyze root causes of detected issues, and produce reports automatically. By analyzing business processes and transaction data, the AI determines which scenarios to test and reduces preparation time from days to hours. The system also executes tests, detects anomalies, and recommends corrective actions, enabling users with limited testing experience to validate ERP systems.

LG CNS plans to enhance PerfecTwin ERP Edition into a fully autonomous testing platform by developing an agent orchestration framework that allows multiple AI agents to collaborate across the testing lifecycle. The company showcased the new solution at SAP Sapphire 2026 in Orlando and Japan IT Week, where it also signed a reseller partnership with Hitachi Solutions Create to expand its presence in Japan.
