Ladder Health has raised $7 million in seed funding to expand its AI-enabled pediatric developmental therapy platform, announced in a press release. The round was led by Nina Capital, with participation from Mairs & Power Venture Capital, South Dakota First Capital, and 25madison Health, among others.

The company plans to use the funds to grow its operations in North Carolina, Massachusetts, and Maryland, and to enter new states. The investment will also support further development of its AI technology and partnerships with health systems.

Ladder Health offers virtual pediatric therapy, including speech, occupational, physical, and feeding therapy, with sessions available evenings and weekends. Its model works directly with caregivers to extend therapy into the home, reducing wait times for families and improving continuity of care.

Developed in collaboration with clinical experts at Boston Children's Hospital, Ladder Health now partners with more than 80 provider organizations and health systems across its operating states.
