Kyndryl plans to acquire Healthcare IT Leaders to expand healthcare consulting, application managed services, infrastructure and AI services for U.S. providers and payors. Terms were not disclosed.
Kyndryl to Buy Healthcare IT Leaders for Healthcare AI Services

Kyndryl said in a press release that it plans to acquire Healthcare IT Leaders, an enterprise IT services provider for hospitals and health systems.

Terms of the transaction were not disclosed. Kyndryl expects the deal to close during the second quarter of its fiscal year 2027, subject to customary closing conditions and regulatory review.

After closing, Kyndryl plans to combine Healthcare IT Leaders' consulting and application managed services across clinical, operational and workforce platforms with its infrastructure and AI capabilities. The company said the combined service will cover applications, platforms and underlying IT environments for healthcare organizations.
