Kwik Trip has partnered with Eagle Eye Solutions to launch an AI powered personalized loyalty initiative across its U.S. convenience store network, enabling targeted gamified promotions for over 5.25 million loyalty members.

Kwik Trip has partnered with Eagle Eye Solutions to introduce an AI powered personalized loyalty program across its U.S. convenience store network, announced in a press release. The collaboration will use Eagle Eye’s Personalized Challenges platform to deliver customized, gamified promotions to Kwik Trip’s 5.25 million loyalty members.

The system enables consumer packaged goods brands to engage customers through individual challenges instead of broad discounts. Each challenge is based on a customer’s purchase history and predicted behavior. Eagle Eye’s platform also provides reporting tools for suppliers to measure sales attribution and return on investment.

Eagle Eye currently supports more than 1.7 billion personalized offers per week for global retailers. Its partnership with Kwik Trip brings the model to the American convenience sector, allowing suppliers to fund targeted campaigns that drive incremental purchases.

Kwik Trip stated that guest privacy and data protection remain central to the program. All guest data stays under Kwik Trip’s control and is used only to operate and improve its loyalty program, with no sale or uncontrolled sharing of individual information.
