Kicksaw has acquired Northbound to enhance its contract lifecycle management and quote-to-cash automation capabilities for Salesforce customers. Tequity acted as the exclusive financial advisor for the transaction.

Kicksaw has acquired Northbound to strengthen its contract lifecycle management (CLM) expertise and accelerate quote-to-cash automation for Salesforce clients, announced in a press release.

Northbound, a CLM consulting partner known for simplifying and automating contracting workflows, brings a team of certified specialists experienced in Salesforce-native solutions. The company has supported enterprises in optimizing contract processes and reducing risk through automation.

Founded in 2018 and based in Denver, Kicksaw is a Salesforce consulting and revenue operations firm with over 70 consultants across the U.S. and Canada. The acquisition adds Northbound’s CLM specialists to Kicksaw’s team, expanding its ability to deliver seamless and secure contract automation.

Tequity acted as the exclusive financial advisor to Northbound for the transaction, marking its 29th Salesforce ecosystem deal.
