Ketryx Secures $39M Series B to Enhance AI Compliance in Life Sciences
Ketryx has raised $39 million in a Series B funding round led by Transformation Capital, announced in a press release. The funding aims to scale Ketryx's AI-native compliance platform, which is designed to help life sciences companies accelerate product innovation while maintaining safety and compliance.
The platform automates validation, traceability, and regulatory workflows, including FDA and EU MDR-ready documentation, across the product development lifecycle. This allows teams to release safer products faster, with customers reporting up to a 90% reduction in documentation time and over 10x faster release cycles.
Ketryx's compliance infrastructure is already trusted by three of the top five global medtech companies and several Fortune 500 organizations. With the new funding, the company plans to continue its global expansion, accelerate its product roadmap, and increase hiring in both Boston and Austria.
