
Ironclad Appoints Dan Springer as CEO
Ironclad has appointed Dan Springer, former CEO of DocuSign, as its new Chief Executive Officer, announced in a press release. Co-founder and current CEO, Jason Boehmig, will transition to the role of Executive Chairman as the company surpasses $150 million in annual recurring revenue and serves over 2,000 customers.
Dan Springer brings over 30 years of experience in the technology sector, having previously led DocuSign through its initial public offering and significant acquisitions. He also served as Chairman and CEO of Responsys, guiding it through a public offering and subsequent acquisition by Oracle.
Springer expressed enthusiasm for joining Ironclad, highlighting the company's innovations in AI and its potential to lead the contract lifecycle management category. Boehmig will remain actively involved, focusing on AI and go-to-market strategies alongside Springer.
