Inturai Ventures to Acquire DomeCommand Drone Control Platform
Inturai Ventures Corp. has entered into an exclusive letter of intent to acquire the intellectual property behind DomeCommand, according to a press release. DomeCommand is a command and control platform driven by AI that enables a single operator to manage autonomous drone swarms, offering a complete operational overview and prioritized response options.
The total consideration for the acquisition is up to 6.025 million Canadian dollars. It includes an upfront payment and the issuance of common shares tied to development milestones. Inturai plans to integrate DomeCommand's software with its existing sensing technology to strengthen its presence in defense and national security markets.
The proposed transaction remains subject to due diligence and regulatory approval.
