Insilico Medicine to Present ISM6331 Phase 1 Data at ESMO 2026
Insilico Medicine announced in a press release that first in human Phase 1 trial data for ISM6331 has been accepted for a Rapid Oral presentation at the European Society for Medical Oncology Congress 2026.
The congress will take place from October 23 to 27, 2026, in Madrid. The presentation will cover results from a global Phase 1 multicenter study of ISM6331 in patients with mesothelioma and other advanced solid tumors.
ISM6331 is an AI designed oral inhibitor that targets TEAD transcription factors. The study evaluates safety, tolerability, and preliminary efficacy.
