Independent Emergency Physicians Invests in ConsensioHealth
Independent Emergency Physicians has made a strategic investment in ConsensioHealth, a revenue cycle management company focused on emergency medicine, announced in a press release. The investment aims to help ConsensioHealth expand its technology, operational capacity, and performance support for physician groups.
Founded in 2014, ConsensioHealth provides revenue cycle services designed for the high-acuity and variable nature of emergency medicine. The company plans to use the investment to enhance its predictive analytics and strengthen transparency in performance reporting.
As part of the agreement, Independent Emergency Physicians will gain representation on ConsensioHealth's Board of Directors. Financial details of the investment were not disclosed.
