Hyro and Five9 Partner to Bring AI Agents to Healthcare Contact Centers
Hyro has partnered with Five9 to integrate healthcare-specific AI agents into the Five9 Intelligent Cloud Contact Center, announced in a press release. The collaboration allows health systems to automate patient interactions such as prescription management, triage, and scheduling while reducing integration time to about one hour.
As an Accredited ISV partner in Five9's AI Agent Connect program, Hyro enables healthcare organizations to embed agentic AI into their existing infrastructure. The company stated that its AI agents can deploy complex voice solutions in under 100 days, and the partnership with Five9 further accelerates this process.
Hyro is currently the only healthcare-specific accredited vendor in the Five9 program. The integration aims to simplify the adoption of AI agents built for clinical and operational workflows, helping health systems achieve faster deployment and improved resource efficiency.
