Hyperscale Data announced that its subsidiary Alliance Cloud Services is in advanced negotiations for a master services agreement to provide 20 megawatts of AI compute capacity at its Michigan data center campus, potentially generating over $1 billion in revenue over 20 years.

Hyperscale Data, Inc. announced in a press release that it is in advanced negotiations for a master services agreement expected to deliver 20 megawatts of AI compute capacity at its Michigan data center campus. The company said that the agreement, if executed, could generate more than $1 billion in revenue over a 20 year period.

The deal would be carried out through Alliance Cloud Services, a subsidiary of Hyperscale Data. The first 10 megawatts are expected to be operational within 90 days of execution, with another 10 megawatts to follow 90 days later. As part of the transition, Hyperscale Data plans to phase out Bitcoin mining at the Michigan facility to redirect power capacity toward AI compute services.

The company also expects to deliver an additional 32 megawatts of capacity in 2028, which could raise total revenue from these deployments to approximately $2.5 billion over 20 years. Hyperscale Data stated that its Michigan campus could eventually support more than 300 megawatts of total power capacity, positioning it for further expansion depending on financing and regulatory approvals.
