Hyland has introduced new AI-driven capabilities for its Content Innovation Cloud, including agentic automation and intelligent content management features, as the company accelerates digital transformation across Europe.

As part of its CommunityLIVE World Tour in Munich, Hyland has introduced new AI-powered features for its Content Innovation Cloud to support enterprise digital transformation efforts across Europe, announced in a press release.

This feature allows organizations to transform unstructured data into AI-ready data for automation across sectors such as healthcare, government, and financial services.

Hyland has also launched the Enterprise Agent Mesh, which coordinates distributed AI agents across systems to automate complex workflows. The new Agent Builder tool enables teams to create AI agents through a point-and-click interface, with examples including invoice processing and document redaction agents.

Additional updates include enhancements to Hyland Automate for natural language process design, Intelligent Document Processing with generative AI capabilities, and upgrades across products like Nuxeo, Alfresco, and OnBase for improved scalability, compliance, and cloud performance.
