Humanly has acquired Sprockets, Qualifi, and HourWork to create a comprehensive AI-powered hiring system covering sourcing, screening, interviewing, and retention.

Humanly has acquired Sprockets, Qualifi, and HourWork to form a unified conversational AI hiring platform, announced in a press release. The combined system aims to provide employers with an integrated solution for sourcing, screening, interviewing, hiring, and retaining talent at scale.

Each acquisition adds specific capabilities to Humanly’s platform. Sprockets contributes its hiring platform and manager tools for sourcing and screening candidates, while Qualifi introduces automated phone and voice screening to complement Humanly’s existing chat, SMS, email, and video channels. HourWork extends the platform’s reach beyond recruitment into post-hire engagement, including onboarding, training, and retention for hourly workers.

Humanly also introduced its AI Interviewer, enabling employers to conduct instant, large-scale interviews. The company says this feature will help access a broader pool of applicants, improving efficiency across the hiring process.
