Humanix Adds Live Detection for Procedure Violations During Social Engineering Attacks
Humanix has introduced a new capability to detect live violations of organization-defined procedures during social engineering attacks, announced in a press release. The system identifies when attackers attempt to pressure help desk or service desk staff into bypassing identity verification or other protective steps during sensitive workflows.
The platform uses conversational AI to monitor interactions across voice, chat, email, and ticketing systems. It detects impersonation attempts, manipulation tactics, and now flags real-time efforts to override organizational procedures before unauthorized access is granted.
Humanix stated that this update closes a critical gap where human error can enable breaches despite technical safeguards. The platform connects through APIs to existing enterprise systems, giving security teams visibility and control over human and AI agent interactions.
