Humain has invested $3 billion in xAI's Series E funding round ahead of the company's merger with SpaceX, announced in a press release. The investment makes Humain a significant minority shareholder, with its xAI holdings converted into SpaceX shares following the merger.

The transaction follows Humain and xAI’s earlier partnership to build 500 megawatts of AI data center and compute infrastructure in Saudi Arabia. That collaboration includes deploying xAI’s Grok models within the kingdom.

Humain described the investment as part of its strategy to support frontier AI technologies across data centers, infrastructure, and advanced models. The company plans to pursue additional investments in artificial intelligence and critical infrastructure globally.
