HSBC Deploys Promenaut Agent Workflow Platform

Promenaut's agent workflow platform is now in production at HSBC for selected business and software delivery tasks.

Promenaut's agent workflow platform is now in production at HSBC, according to Finextra. The bank uses it for selected workflows, including business case evaluation and preparatory coding tasks in the software delivery process.

The platform supports permissions, audit trails, governance and human review for agent workflows in regulated environments.

HSBC has also invested in Promenaut, which has raised $8.9 million to date. HSBC Chief AI Officer David Rice will join Promenaut's board.
