Holly Expands Workforce Platform to Marin County

Holly expanded its AI powered workforce platform to Marin County, bringing its California footprint to agencies representing 48% of the state population.

Holly has expanded its AI powered workforce modernization platform to Marin County, bringing its California coverage to agencies representing 48% of the state population, the company said in a press release.

That footprint covers more than 18 million residents. The company said Bay Area customers now include Contra Costa, Sonoma, Santa Clara, San Mateo, and Marin counties, representing five of the region's nine counties and about 5 million residents.

Marin County plans to use Holly to update hundreds of job specifications, analyze contracts under state labor rules, and review language and requirements in job descriptions.

The platform supports classification, compensation analysis, hiring, workforce planning, and regulatory compliance. Holly said San Joaquin County has processed more than 100 AB 339 contracts and over 2,000 classification edits with its platform, while San Luis Obispo County cut AB 339 analysis time by more than half.
