Heron Data Automates Broker Desk Operations for TFS Financial

Heron Data has partnered with TFS Financial to automate broker desk operations, processing over 4,000 monthly decisions using its AI document-processing platform.

Heron Data has partnered with TFS Financial to automate the company’s broker desk operations, announced in a press release. Using Heron’s AI-powered document processing platform, TFS now automates more than 4,000 credit decisions each month, reducing manual data entry and enabling real-time decision processing.

The automation replaces tasks such as copying decision details from emails, uploading files, and monitoring inboxes. Heron’s system ingests and classifies decision documents from lenders, matches them to the correct applications, and uploads them directly into TFS’s systems. Results are then distributed to the appropriate representatives instantly.

According to TFS, the automation has saved the equivalent of two full-time employees’ workloads monthly and improved turnaround times for customers. The platform also flags exceptions, allowing employees to focus on more complex cases and relationship management.
