HCLTech Reports 3.9% Annual Revenue Growth Driven by AI Services

HCLTech reported a 3.9% increase in revenue for fiscal year 2026, with total revenue reaching 14.7 billion dollars. Growth was supported by rising demand for AI-based services and strong performance in engineering and R&D.
HCLTech Reports 3.9% Annual Revenue Growth Driven by AI Services

HCLTech announced in a press release its financial results for the fourth quarter and full fiscal year ending March 31, 2026. The company recorded a 3.9 percent increase in revenue in constant currency and a 6 percent rise in US dollar terms, reaching 14.7 billion dollars.

Service revenue grew by 4.8 percent in constant currency, supported by a 3.7 percent rise in IT and business services and a 9.8 percent increase in engineering and R&D services. The total contract value of new deals signed during the year was 9.3 billion dollars.

HCLSoftware reported annual recurring revenue of 1.05 billion dollars, slightly down 0.5 percent in constant currency from the previous year. The company stated that its advanced AI offerings continued to gain traction, with annualized revenue from AI services exceeding 620 million dollars in the fourth quarter.

CEO C Vijayakumar said the company aims to position itself in fiscal year 2027 to capture long-term opportunities in AI across its service portfolio.
