Hale Capital Partners Acquires APEX Analytics, Formerly Voxtur Analytics
New York-based private equity firm Hale Capital Partners has acquired APEX Analytics Corp., formerly Voxtur Analytics Corp., through a cooperative restructuring, announced in a press release. The transaction expands Hale Capital’s investments in real estate technology and analytics.
APEX Analytics provides real estate data analytics, valuation technology, and property tax solutions to lenders, investors, government agencies, and servicers. Its platform integrates data analytics, artificial intelligence, and machine learning to support property valuation and appraisal workflows, property tax analytics, and asset intelligence for secondary markets.
As part of the acquisition, Rob Cain has been appointed Chief Restructuring Officer to support the existing management team. Hale Capital had previously purchased Voxtur’s senior secured debt from the Bank of Montreal in September 2025, laying the groundwork for the court-supervised restructuring and subsequent acquisition. The company will now operate independently under its new identity as APEX Analytics Corp.
