Gurucul Introduces Self-Driving SIEM with Agentic AI

Gurucul has unveiled a self-driving SIEM system powered by Agentic AI, designed to enhance security operations through autonomous automation and AI-driven workflows.

Gurucul has announced a significant advancement in security operations with the introduction of a self-driving SIEM system, powered by Agentic AI and enhanced Gen AI. In a press release, the company detailed how this new system integrates multi-agent AI workflows and an enhanced Sme AI copilot to empower security operations teams. The system aims to optimize data management, prioritize real threats, and automate responses, reducing investigation time by 58%.

The self-driving SIEM is part of Gurucul's Unified Data and Security Analytics Platform, REVEAL, and is designed to reduce the need for intensive engineering and operational tasks. It features AI-powered data pipeline management, proactive detection engineering, and an AI-amplified analyst experience. These capabilities allow security teams to focus on meaningful work while AI handles routine tasks.

Gurucul's new system also includes AI-triggered adaptive response capabilities, which dynamically modify and execute playbooks based on real-time threat conditions. The enhanced Sme AI copilot, initially announced in August 2023, now offers advanced prompts and improved natural language search, further streamlining security operations.

The company plans to showcase these capabilities at RSAC 2025, with live demonstrations available at their booth. For those unable to attend, a live demo and Q&A session will be conducted by Gurucul CTO Nilesh Dherange on May 14.
