GrubMarket Introduces Sales AI Agent for Food Distributors

June 08, 2026
GrubMarket has launched a Sales AI Agent designed to automate prospecting and quote creation for wholesale food distributors, combining prospect discovery, menu analysis, and proposal generation into a single workflow.

GrubMarket announced in a press release the launch of its Sales AI Agent, a specialized tool designed for wholesale food distribution sales teams. The new agent helps users identify potential customers, analyze menus and order guides, and generate customer-ready price sheets within minutes.

The Sales AI Agent combines prospect discovery, AI-based menu analysis, automated quote generation, and multi-channel proposal delivery in one workflow. Sales representatives can define a target area, browse potential customers, upload menus or order guides, and receive automatically generated price sheets mapped to their product catalogs and pricing structures.

The system provides six main functions: territory-based prospect discovery, AI-powered menu analysis, automated price sheet generation, flexible quote customization, multi-channel sharing, and integration with existing workflows. Users can further adjust pricing and product selections before sending proposals through preferred communication channels.

According to GrubMarket, the new agent reduces the time needed for sales teams to research prospects and prepare quotes, allowing them to engage more customers and increase productivity. The company stated that the launch supports its broader goal of developing AI agents that automate key processes across the food supply chain.
