Greenhouse Introduces Six New AI Features to Support Structured Hiring
Greenhouse announced in a press release a new set of AI capabilities designed to enhance structured hiring. The features will begin rolling out across the platform in summer 2026 and aim to reduce manual work while maintaining human accountability in hiring decisions.
The updates include six tools that span role setup, analytics, interview note taking, and candidate insights. The Greenhouse MCP, first announced in May, connects approved AI tools such as Claude, Gemini, or Copilot directly to the Greenhouse system, allowing teams to generate summaries and manage workflows while keeping data governed within the platform.
The Analytics Chart Agent, launching in June 2026, converts text questions into charts without manual setup. Greenhouse Notetaker, expected in mid-July, records and transcribes interviews, mapping notes to scorecard questions. AI Report Insights, coming in August, generates summaries and action suggestions from dashboard data.
Two additional tools, Job Kickoff Agent and Candidate Insights Agent, are planned for release in the third quarter of 2026. Job Kickoff Agent structures job setup materials automatically, while Candidate Insights Agent compiles source-linked candidate information from within Greenhouse to reduce preparation time and prevent candidate drop-off.
All features are built to operate within Greenhouse’s structured hiring framework, ensuring explainable AI outputs and consistent decision making.
