GreenCore Solutions Expands AI Orderability Agent Fleet for TreeFree Diaper
GreenCore Solutions announced in a press release the full production launch of 30 new AI Orderability (AIO) agents operating on Microsoft Azure AI Foundry in France and Google Cloud A2A Enterprise in Madrid. These agents processed 1.96 million calls in April, up from 1.84 million in March, maintaining a ratio of six AI agents for every human operator.
Built on the open ACM-68000 protocol, the 30-agent fleet enables TreeFree Diaper GTINs to be discovered in under 200 milliseconds and resolved across platforms including Claude, Gemini, Copilot, ChatGPT, and Mistral. The agents connect directly with buyer-side AI systems inside ERP environments such as SAP S/4HANA, Oracle Fusion, and Microsoft Dynamics 365.
Security infrastructure includes Microsoft Front Door Premium with WAF and Bot Manager, OAuth 2.0 via Entra ID, TLS 1.2 or higher, and Microsoft Defender for Cloud. The system complies with ISO 27001, SOC 2 Type II, HIPAA, and GDPR standards, with all compute and identity services hosted in the European Union.
The TreeFree Core integrates with existing diaper production lines from Fameccanica, GDM, Zuiko, and Curt G. Joa without major retooling and eliminates the need for fluff pulp or drum forming. Each diaper produced inherits ACM-200 ALLOW status upon shipment, and additional AIO server rails have been activated to meet broader converter demand beyond baby diapers.
