Green Street Launches MCP Server for Real Estate Data Access in AI Tools
Green Street has made its Model Context Protocol Server generally available, announced in a press release.
The server connects Green Street real assets data and research to corporate instances of Claude, ChatGPT, Gemini by Google, and other AI platforms.
The MCP Server is part of GreenStreetAI. It joins AI Summaries for Green Street research reports and a planned AI Assistant for natural language question answering across more than 14,000 reports and news archives.
At launch, the server connects to Green Street Research, Company Data, Company Sector Data, Market Data, Market Forecast, Sales Comps, and single property Automated Valuation Model tools. Coverage includes the United States, Canada, Europe, and selected Australia datasets.
Users can ask questions across datasets, including comparisons of REIT valuations and transaction activity or market rankings by risk adjusted return. Green Street said the system returns answers based on its proprietary data rather than general web results.
