Gnani AI Expands Ascent Partner Program to Middle East

Gnani AI is bringing its Ascent partner program and contact center AI products to enterprises across the Gulf region.

Gnani AI expanded its Ascent partner program to the Middle East on October 6, the company announced in a press release. The program will offer its contact center and customer experience AI products to enterprises across the Gulf Cooperation Council through regional partners.

Rise, iSteer and Gibraltar Technologies have joined the program in the region. They will support implementation of Gnani AI's conversation AI tools, including deployments on customer infrastructure and language fine tuning for Arabic.

The product suite includes voice AI, agent assistance, speech analytics and automated quality management. Gnani AI says its technology handles more than 50 million calls per day across more than 200 enterprises and over 22 languages.
