Global Communication Works has launched SignlLabs, an AI Signaling practice for measuring and improving brand visibility across platforms including ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude, Microsoft Copilot, and Perplexity AI.

Global Communication Works has launched SignlLabs, a proprietary AI Signaling practice for brand visibility across AI platforms, the company announced in a press release.

SignlLabs provides a methodology for helping brands be discovered and recommended by AI systems. The practice measures performance across platforms including ChatGPT, Google Gemini, Claude, Microsoft Copilot, and Perplexity AI.

The practice is led by Erika Hanafin Austria. GCW said SignlLabs is intended to extend its public relations work into AI based discovery, as consumers use AI platforms to seek information.
