Glintt Life Wins Silver Award for Pharmacy Visual Support

Oct 1, 2026
Glintt Life won a Silver award for integrating TechSee visual support into its pharmacy service operations.

Glintt Life won Silver in the Most Innovative Product of the Year, Healthcare category at the Best in Biz Awards 2026 International, TechSee said in a press release. The award recognizes its integration of visual support from TechSee into services for pharmacy networks across Iberia.

The system lets technicians view technical problems through a pharmacy worker's smartphone camera and provide instructions remotely. It supports pharmacy management systems, payment and dispensing workflows, barcode scanners, connected devices, and automated pharmacy units.

Glintt Life said the service improved first contact resolution, reduced repeat interactions, and lowered the need for on site visits. A customer survey gave the visual support service an average rating of 4.92 out of 5 and a satisfaction score of 98.3%.

This Tensordyne whitepaper presents Napier, an inference-focused AI processor and rack-scale system based on the company’s TDN Math logarithmic number system. It examines infrastructure requirements for large mixture-of-experts and agentic models, compares major inference architecture approaches, and details the TDN AIP processor, TDN72 pod, TDN Link fabric, and Napier Ultra configuration. The paper reports simulation-based performance, cost, and accuracy-validation results, including Tensordyne’s projected comparison of one Napier rack with a nine-rack Nvidia Rubin plus Groq deployment; the chip is reported as taped out and in fabrication.
