Glider AI Introduces ID Verify to Tackle Hiring Fraud

Glider AI has launched ID Verify, a new tool designed to combat sophisticated candidate fraud in hiring processes, as announced in a press release.

Glider AI has launched ID Verify, a new identity verification tool aimed at addressing the growing issue of candidate fraud in hiring processes, announced in a press release. The tool is designed to protect enterprises from increasingly sophisticated fraud tactics, such as deepfakes and AI-generated personas, which have become more prevalent in digital hiring practices.

The ID Verify tool integrates with Glider AI's existing platform and uses advanced AI Proctoring technology to detect impersonation attempts and unauthorized AI assistance during interviews. It also authenticates global documents and confirms candidate identity from the interview stage through to onboarding.

A notable case involved a Fortune 500 company where North Korean operatives attempted to infiltrate the hiring process. Glider AI's technology flagged the deception, allowing the FBI to intervene and prevent potential security breaches.

Glider AI's CEO, Satish Kumar, emphasized the importance of ID Verify in closing security gaps in hiring processes, stating that the tool is crucial for preventing unauthorized access to sensitive data and infrastructure.
