Glassbox Launches Pulse and MCP Server for Enterprise AI Context

Glassbox introduced Glassbox Pulse and the Glassbox MCP Server to give enterprise AI systems governed access to digital experience intelligence.

In a press release, Glassbox announced Glassbox Pulse, an operational intelligence engine powered by AI, and the Glassbox MCP Server for enterprise AI systems.

Glassbox Pulse uses machine learning to identify changes in customer journeys, classify behavior and technical signals, and surface issues that need attention. The company said teams can ask operational questions in natural language and receive answers tied to evidence such as customer behavior, journey impact, errors, network logs, and server failures.

The Glassbox MCP Server uses the Model Context Protocol to give AI applications and agents access to governed Glassbox context without ingesting raw digital journey data. Glassbox said the products are intended for enterprises that manage digital customer journeys across web and mobile experiences.

Glassbox said its platform is used by seven of the ten largest U.S. banks by assets and serves enterprises in financial services, insurance, retail, and other digital industries in more than 40 countries.
