GigSafe Integrates with CXT Software for Automated Contractor Compliance

April 28, 2026
GigSafe has integrated its contractor compliance platform with CXT Software’s transportation management system to embed live credential data into dispatch workflows and automate contractor verification for last mile operations.

GigSafe has integrated its contractor compliance and risk management platform with CXT Software, the transportation management system used by courier and last mile delivery operators across North America, announced in a press release.

The integration embeds live contractor credential data directly into CXT’s dispatch board, allowing operators to automatically verify eligibility and compliance before assigning jobs. This prevents noncompliant driver assignments and reduces liability exposure while maintaining workflow speed.

Through the connection, contractor status, credentials, and risk indicators are synchronized continuously within CXT’s operational data layer. The information supports automated decision making in dispatch and routing, including removal of drivers from active duty or routing them to compliance review queues. When contractors update their credentials in GigSafe, their compliance status is reflected automatically in CXT.

The combined system enables logistics operators to automate credential verification, streamline onboarding, and centralize compliance management without disrupting existing dispatch processes. The integration is now available to all CXT and GigSafe customers.
