GigSafe Acquires Transcompss to Expand Contractor Compliance and Training Platform

GigSafe has acquired Transcompss, a provider of HazMat and Life Sciences training, quality management systems, and compliance consulting, announced in a press release. The combined platform aims to strengthen compliance and quality management for regulated contractor workforces in delivery and logistics.

The integration brings together GigSafe's technology for credentialing, onboarding, compliance automation, insurance verification, and contractor payments with Transcompss's training and quality consulting expertise. Customers will gain access to Transcompss's training catalog and quality management consulting through the GigSafe platform, with existing training records and certificates maintained.

Following the acquisition, Transcompss founder Mark Fries joins GigSafe alongside compliance specialists in life sciences, pharmaceutical transport, and driver compliance. Pricing for Transcompss services will remain unchanged while GigSafe develops new features to embed training and quality management more deeply into its system.
