Get Well and RhythmX AI, both part of SymphonyAI Group, have merged to create GW RhythmX, a new company focused on delivering AI-driven precision care solutions for health systems and patients.

Get Well and RhythmX AI, both owned by SymphonyAI Group, have merged to form GW RhythmX, announced in a press release. The combined company will focus on delivering AI-powered precision care to health systems and patients.

The new entity will be led by RhythmX AI founder and CEO Deepthi Bathina. GW RhythmX will serve more than 150 health systems and claims to have impacted over 85 million patients, including 8 million U.S. military veterans.

Its Precision Care AI Platform integrates data from more than ten sources, combining clinical, payer, financial, and social datasets with electronic health records and clinical guidelines. The system provides real-time insights and recommendations to improve outcomes for patients, clinicians, and nurses while enhancing operational performance for health systems.
