The award was presented at Celosphere 2025 in Munich, where Genpact leaders accepted the honor from Celonis co-founders. The two companies collaborate closely to embed Celonis Process Intelligence into Genpact’s finance, supply chain, procurement, and operations programs, supported by joint innovation and go-to-market initiatives.
Recent client projects include the launch of the Genpact Transportation Costs & Performance app on the Celonis Process Intelligence platform, used to optimize logistics and reduce costs. One global consumer goods company used the app to analyze 700,000 annual shipments and achieved projected savings of up to $6 million with a 15% improvement in on-time delivery. Other clients in life sciences and beauty manufacturing have applied the combined capabilities to enhance accounts receivable, cash conversion, and finance operations performance.
