Genpact Acquires XponentL Data to Boost AI Capabilities

Genpact has acquired XponentL Data, a provider of data products and AI solutions, to accelerate its AI-led innovation, announced in a press release. This acquisition is set to enhance Genpact's advanced technology solutions by expanding its data and AI capabilities, domain expertise, and strategic partnerships.

XponentL Data, known for its domain-led data strategy and engineering capabilities, brings with it partnerships with major platforms like Amazon Web Services and Microsoft. The acquisition will bolster Genpact's ability to assist clients throughout the AI transformation lifecycle, from strategy to implementation.

The integration of XponentL's solutions is expected to fuel Genpact's Service-as-Agentic-Solutions and the Genpact AI Gigafactory, particularly in the Life Sciences and Healthcare sectors. The acquisition, which closed on June 5, 2025, will see XponentL's team joining Genpact, with Tom Johnstone continuing to lead the XponentL business.
