Fresha Introduces AI Intelligent Scheduling for Beauty and Wellness Businesses

Fresha has unveiled expanded AI intelligent scheduling capabilities for beauty and wellness businesses, announced in a press release. The new system introduces Dynamic Reassignment, a feature that automatically redistributes flexible appointments among team members in real time to free up availability and capture bookings that might otherwise be lost.

Dynamic Reassignment allows the platform to move appointments made without a preferred professional to another suitable team member, keeping schedules optimized without manual intervention. Early results show that the feature can help businesses recover up to 11 percent of otherwise lost booking demand.

The updated scheduling infrastructure also includes tools for managing physical spaces and resources such as treatment rooms, saunas, and equipment independently from staff calendars. This system enables businesses to maximize both physical capacity and staff utilization.

In addition, Fresha’s intelligent pricing engine supports dynamic adjustments based on real time booking behavior. Businesses can apply off peak or last minute pricing strategies to increase utilization and reduce abandoned bookings.
