Fixstars Joins Optage and GMI Cloud for AI Cloud Platform Development
Fixstars Corporation has joined a strategic partnership with Optage Inc. and GMI Cloud as an AI software technical advisor, announced in a press release. This collaboration aims to leverage GMI Cloud's GPU virtualization technology, "GMI Cluster Engine," to develop an advanced AI cloud platform in Japan, equipped with NVIDIA B200 Tensor Core GPUs.
Fixstars will provide expertise in performance engineering to optimize AI workloads on this platform. Their role includes analyzing AI workloads using their AI Booster platform to identify bottlenecks and offering technical advice for efficient execution on the latest GPU environments. Additionally, Fixstars will share knowledge on software development optimized for new hardware architectures like NVIDIA B200 GPUs.
This partnership is expected to accelerate the adoption of advanced AI applications, including generative AI, among Japanese enterprises, enhancing their competitive edge in the AI sector.
