EY Acquires Aqurance to Expand Veeva Technology Services for Life Sciences
EY has acquired Greek Veeva services partner Aqurance to enhance its Veeva Centers of Excellence and expand its clinical, regulatory, and commercial service capabilities for life sciences companies, announced in a press release.
Aqurance, a recognized Veeva Premier Services Partner for Commercial Cloud and Services Partner for Development Cloud, provides consulting across Veeva applications used in both commercial and R&D operations. The acquisition will combine EY’s regulatory, business design, and technology integration expertise with Aqurance’s experience in Veeva Vault and related applications.
The integration aims to help pharmaceutical and biotech clients improve efficiency and compliance through unified Veeva platforms, supporting transitions to Vault CRM and broader digital transformation. EY stated that the combined capabilities will enable life sciences organizations to use data and AI more effectively across their operations.
Following the acquisition, EY Aqurance will participate as a platinum sponsor at the Veeva Commercial Summit in Madrid on November 5–6, 2025.
