Eventide Communications launches ImpactCX for contact centers

ImpactCX combines communications recording, automated quality management, conversation intelligence, AI insights, training, reporting and screen recording.

Eventide Communications announced in a press release the launch of ImpactCX, a communications intelligence platform for contact centers and employee collaboration. The platform combines compliance recording, automated quality management, conversation intelligence, AI powered insights, employee training, screen recording and reporting.

ImpactCX supports CCaaS and UCaaS environments. It is designed to capture all interactions across communication channels, including employee communications and team collaboration, while supporting quality assurance, data retrieval and administration.

The platform includes migration support, integration with existing recording systems, flexible deployment options, high availability architecture and cybersecurity features. It is available immediately through Eventide Communications and its network of CCaaS and UCaaS integrators.
